The next pivotal Partner joined to “The LCOI System”
The Association LAG (Local Activity Group) “The Vistula’s Basin”, together with Polaniec City and Municipality and also neighbour municipalities: Osiek, Łubnice, Oleśnica, Rytwiany and Tuczępy- submitted “a declaration of partnership cooperation with LCOI (within the LCOI Project- Eastern European Gateway)”

“The Vistula’s Basin” LAG invited some contractors of “The LCOI Project- Eastern European Gateway” to the meeting with their members to present them some goals and suggestions of “The LCOI System”.

This initiative means that the interest in the Project is serious, connected with cooperation intentions in the range of economic, tourist promotion and activities so as to enlist investors for this interesting micro-region, which has got a great potential and possibilities.

A special economic zone “Euro-Park Wisłosan” is located in the area, which belongs to the Vistula’s Basin LAG. This zone is situated nearby one of the biggest Polish power stations “GDF SUEZ Polish Energy” S.A. (Power Station in Polaniec).

Polaniec investment region and neighbour municipalities create ideal conditions for investments in some branches, such as: machinery industry, electrical engineering industry and the production of  biomass (biofuel).

The meeting’s organizer hope that the cooperation within “The LCOI System” will make the contact with potential investors easier,  provide them with the possibility of cooperation and technology transfer in mentioned branches, which results in creating new companies and offering new places of employment.
A friendly pro-investment climate of membership LAG “The Vistula’s Basin” municipalities’ authority and the area of Special Economic Zone (TSSE) are the qualities which should arouse investors and cooperators’ interest- future users of “The LCOI System”.
