The first practical functions of 'LCOI System' will be available to LCOI Vortal's users in two months.
The LCOI Vortal practical functions will be available at the beginning of October. The first of eight categories which enable users to present and enlist offers, will be available. 'Real Estate' will be this category.
Investors who are interested in presenting their real estate's sale or purchase offer, after logging into LCOI Vortal, from their profile, in an obvious and simple form- can make a presentation of  their offer or come forward with their needs. Entrepreneurs, buildings and plots' owners, estate agencies, natural people will be able to work in Vortal. Well-prepared patterns will make an offer's presentation easier, provide with suitable database so as to arouse a potential client' s interest. Some photos, films and camera pictures will be placed there. The fact that a building or a plot will be presented on the LCOI map in an automatic way, together with the presentation of the nearest surrounding in several categories: council, business, tourist and public buildings, is worthy of note. It is an added value to some presented offers, which can be important for a recipient. He/she will be provided with the information what kind of objects in the nearest area which can be pivotal while making a decision, are essential and how far they are. A user- offerer will be given a possibility of fulfilling 'a surrounding map', directly from the profile in case when he/she notices some other interesting objects nearby, which have not been inventoried on the LCOI map yet, but are worth presenting. They can be important for a potential offer's recipient.
Additionally, an offer's recipient will be able to verify the offer by connecting with the web portal  www.geoportal.gov.pl (in order to see an object or a plot in a satellite picture) and with www.ekw.ms.gov.pl  portal (so as to get to know the owner's land register book).
But, the most important merit of this System will be the effect of  LCOI users' pooling in comparison with presented needs, resources, preferences and expectations. This process will be developing dynamically in time in direct proportion to number of offers and inquiries, placed on LCOI Vortal. The users will be provided with some notifications about other LCOI System users' interest in an offer or enquiry. They will also be given a direct contact.
Month by month, the contractors of the LCOI Project will give other LCOI System functions into use in categories: 'Investments'; 'Export'; 'Import'; 'Cooperation'; 'Franchising'; 'Technologies'; 'Consulting'.
